Sarah is a truly exceptional practitioner. Her skill in both massage and Reiki is matched by her intuitive, compassionate approach to emotional and mental wellbeing. She has been an incredible source of support for me, and her healing abilities are undeniable. I had an Indian Head Massage from Sarah and it was absolutely amazing. I felt wonderful afterwards, and I'm looking forward to my next one. I also attended Sarah's Breathwork Session, last night, and it blew me away. I have a (very) longstanding auto-immune issue (amongst other things), and the breathing exercises and meditation REALLY helped me. I've never felt so relaxed, and I'm 65! It's been a game-changer for me: again, I'm looking forward to many more sessions. Sarah is wonderful.

I had an amazing Reiki treatment combined with massage by Ricky. The setting is very calm and beautiful and from the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and comfortable and Ricky’s treatment was just next level. I’ve had reiki before but Ricky’s treatment was just amazing. I’d had a very stressful time just before i came and he managed to help me release all that. And now a few weeks on, despite more stress, I still feel calm and centred. I highly recommend this treatment.

I attended Sharpenela Natural Therapies Centre on 11th May 2019. Its in such a beautiful and tranquil location you cannot help but feel immediately relaxed on arrival. The facilities are intimate and personal and of a much higher standard, than in many of the larger so called 'spa resorts', despite its diminutive footprint. My treatment, a recommended full body massage, was given by Sharon who has gifted healing hands, was caring and very attentive, leaving me wonderfully relaxed and de-stressed following a busy week. I would highly recommend the treatment and the surroundings. I will definitely be rebooking, its a gem of a place.
